1. Office Hours

Our workshop is open for business between 08:00 AM and 17:30 during weekdays, and 09:00 and 14:00 on Saturdays. We are closed for business on Sundays. Queries for our digital services are open on this Service, which can be reached 24/7. 

2. Pricing

Our agency provides services and products that are good value for price. Our prices are subject to change with notice. Price changes can be observed on this platform. Selected products may be taxed differently online compared to instore. 

3. Payments

Our payment methods include but are not limited to:

• Cash payments

• EFT 

• iKhokha online payments

Our payment partners include but are not limited to:

• iKhokha, South Africa

Please note that we do not accept cash payments for website design and copywriting services. Only instant EFT and/or iKhokha payments apply. Customers will pay no more or no less than the invoiced amount.

4. Products

The products displayed on our platform are available at our physical address and eshop. Products can be shopped online, but must be collected at our hubstore. Shop clerk will require your purchase reference upon pickup.

5. Click & Collect

Online shopping on this platform can be accomplished through a click-and-collect system (or also referred to as "Buy-and-collect" on our Service). This means we do not make deliveries currently, and products are available for pickup only. Pick-up at our hubstore. Click and collect systems does not collect customer address data at checkout.

6. Uploads

The content, which includes external links and data files uploaded to this Service is open access. Users can request for additional resources in the Resources page. User requests
